Burn Collier is focused on developing young athletes through a commitment to fundamental baseball skills, disciplined training, and a passion for the game. We strive to create an environment where players build a strong foundation in mechanics, baseball IQ, and work ethic, preparing them for success at the high school, collegiate levels, and beyond. Through structured skills development, competitive play, and character-driven coaching, we aim to instill confidence, accountability, and a lifelong respect for the game both on and off the field.

For high school level players, our College Advising/Recruiting combines high-level development with intentional exposure opportunities, we position our athletes to be seen, evaluated, and recruited.

Our coaching staff is made up of experienced, high-level instructors with extensive backgrounds in high school, travel ball, and collegiate baseball. With years of coaching experience, our staff brings a deep understanding of player development, game strategy, and what it takes to succeed at the next level. Our coaches are committed to teaching the game the right way, while also mentoring players through the expectations of high school and college programs. Their knowledge, passion, and connections within the baseball community provide athletes with the guidance and exposure needed to reach their full potential.
