HITTING LESSONS

1

Hitting lessons focus on building a repeatable, efficient swing by starting with a balanced, athletic stance and proper posture, then progressing into a controlled load and good timing. Emphasis is placed on strong swing mechanics—using the lower half, maintaining a direct path to the ball, and creating proper sequencing for power. Hitters learn to control the barrel, make consistent contact out front, and adjust to different pitch locations while driving the ball with intent. Just as important, players develop a confident approach at the plate, understanding counts, pitch selection, and situational hitting. Through focused repetition and clear feedback, each lesson reinforces fundamentals and helps translate skills into game-ready performance.

PITCHING LESSONS

2

Pitching lessons focus on building a repeatable, efficient delivery by starting with proper balance, posture, and a controlled setup on the mound. Pitchers learn to establish consistent timing and rhythm through their windup and stride, emphasizing direction toward the plate and strong lower-half engagement to generate power. Instruction centers on clean mechanics—arm path, separation, and sequencing—to promote velocity, command, and arm health. Pitchers also work on release point and finish to improve control and movement, while developing feel for their pitches. Just as important, lessons include approach and mindset, teaching pitchers how to attack hitters, manage counts, and compete with confidence. Through structured reps and clear feedback, each session reinforces fundamentals and translates into consistent, game-ready performance.

FIELDING LESSONS

3

Fielding lesson focus on building consistent, efficient defensive fundamentals by starting with proper ready position, balance, and footwork. Players learn to move with controlled athleticism, get their body into good fielding position, and create clean angles to the ball. Emphasis is placed on soft hands, proper glove positioning, and secure transfers to ensure clean, repeatable plays. Instruction also covers throwing mechanics from the field—working through the ball, aligning the body to the target, and making accurate, strong throws. In addition, players develop baseball IQ by learning situational awareness, proper reads, and decision-making on each play. Through focused repetition and clear feedback, each lesson reinforces fundamentals and builds dependable, game-ready defenders.

CATCHING LESSONS

4

Catching lessons focus on building a strong, athletic foundation behind the plate by emphasizing proper stance, balance, and receiving position. Catchers learn to present a quiet, stable target while receiving the ball softly and framing pitches. Instruction also covers blocking fundamentals, including body positioning, anticipation, and controlled movements to keep the ball in front. Footwork and transfer skills are developed to create quick, accurate throws on base steal attempts, while maintaining clean, efficient throwing mechanics. Catchers also work on game management, including pitch calling, communication, and understanding hitters and situations. Through focused repetition and clear feedback, each lesson builds confident, durable catchers who can control the game defensively and support their pitching staff.
